Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Vraxyloniawhrala.world uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, which categories we offer, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy and is designed to meet U.S. state privacy disclosure standards (CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, OCPA).

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

"Cookies" are small text files that a website stores on your device. They help the site remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or whether you have seen a notice before. There are also similar technologies that can perform comparable functions:

  • Local storage and session storage: small data stores in your browser that persist either across visits or only within a session.
  • Pixel tags / web beacons: tiny images used to detect that a page or email has been viewed.
  • Software development kits (SDKs): code provided by third parties (not currently used on this Site).

In this policy, the term "cookies" refers to all of these technologies, unless we state otherwise.

2. First-party vs. third-party cookies

"First-party" cookies are set by the domain you are visiting (in our case, Vraxyloniawhrala.world). "Third-party" cookies are set by a different domain whose content is embedded on the page. We currently use only first-party cookies and local storage for strictly necessary purposes. We do not load third-party tracking or marketing cookies by default.

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps frame; if you choose to interact with that frame, Google may set its own cookies on your device under Google's privacy policy. The map is loaded with the loading="lazy" attribute so it is only requested when scrolled into view.

3. Cookies we use

The table below lists the technologies we currently use, what they do, where they are set, and how long they stay on your device.

Name Category Provider Purpose Duration
tdne_cookie_consent_v1 Strictly necessary Vraxyloniawhrala.world (first-party, local storage) Stores your cookie consent choices so we don't show the banner on every page. Up to 12 months
Browser session state Strictly necessary Your browser Required HTTP state for navigation, security, and form posting. Session
(none currently) Analytics We do not load analytics cookies by default. If we do in the future, the table will be updated and your consent will be re-requested as required.
(none currently) Marketing / Advertising We do not load advertising cookies and do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising.

This list reflects the cookies we use as of the effective date above. If we add new cookies, we will update this list and (where required) request a renewed consent.

4. Categories of cookies and your choices

4.1 Strictly necessary

These technologies are essential for the Site to function reliably. They remember your cookie choices, protect form submissions, and keep navigation working. Because they are strictly necessary, they do not require consent under U.S. or international privacy law. If you block them through your browser, parts of the Site may not work.

4.2 Analytics (consent required)

Analytics tools help us understand — usually in aggregated form — which pages are visited, how long readers stay, and whether content is helpful. We currently do not load any external analytics tools. If we choose to introduce one, we will:

  • Add it to the table in Section 3 with the provider name and lifetime.
  • Only set it after you give consent through the cookie banner.
  • Use IP truncation or other privacy-friendly settings where available.
  • Re-display the cookie banner so existing visitors can confirm or refuse.

4.3 Marketing / Advertising (consent required)

Marketing cookies can be used to personalize content or measure ad performance. We do not currently use any marketing cookies and do not engage in "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA and similar laws. You may still toggle the marketing category off pre-emptively in our settings panel.

5. How you give and withdraw consent

On your first visit, you see a cookie banner that lets you:

  • Accept all: consent to all current and future cookies in the optional categories listed above.
  • Reject: refuse all optional cookies; only strictly necessary technologies remain.
  • Settings: open the per-category preference panel and choose individually.

You can change your mind at any time. To withdraw or change consent:

  • Clear your browser storage for this Site (cookies and local storage), then reload the page; the banner will reappear.
  • Or, contact us at talk@vraxyloniawhrala.world123.ddd with the subject "Cookie preferences," and we will help reset your choices.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" header. Because the industry has not settled on a uniform interpretation, we do not currently respond differently to it. Where required by state law (such as California and Colorado), we honor a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information in the first place, the practical effect of GPC on our Site is limited — but we recognize it and will continue to honor it if our practices ever change.

7. Manage cookies through your browser

In addition to our cookie banner, you can also block, delete, or restrict cookies directly in your browser. The exact path depends on the browser:

  • Google Chrome: Settings » Privacy and security » Cookies and other site data.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings » Privacy & Security » Cookies and Site Data.
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings » Cookies and site permissions.
  • Apple Safari (macOS): Safari menu » Settings » Privacy.
  • Apple Safari (iOS): Settings app » Safari » Privacy & Security.
  • Brave / Opera / others: see their respective privacy settings panels.

If you block strictly necessary cookies through your browser, the Site may not function correctly.

8. Cookies and children under 13

Our Site is a general-audience site directed to adults and is not intended for children under 13. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through cookies or any other means. If you believe a child has interacted with the Site, please contact us so we can promptly delete any associated data.

9. Sensitive personal information

None of the cookies we use collect "sensitive personal information" as defined under the CPRA or comparable state laws. We will give a separate notice and obtain a separate opt-in if that ever changes.

10. International transfers

Where a future analytics or marketing provider may process cookie data outside the United States, we will identify that provider in Section 3 and ensure appropriate contractual safeguards consistent with applicable law.

11. Updates to this Cookie Policy

We may update this policy when we add new tools, when laws change, or when we adjust our practices. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Where applicable law requires a renewed consent, we will re-display the banner.
